The rates stated here have been secured by the Organisers of Elenex Vietnam / Architecure Building M&E 2010. As the room situation is expected to be extremely critical during this period, reservations are subjected to room availability and higher room rates may apply. You are strongly encouraged to make your travel arrangements as early as possible.

• Internet services are included in the rates at Hotel Equatorial, Hotel Majestic Saigon and Legend Hotel.
• Free shuttle bus services to the venue are provided, please note that the services are only for exhibitors staying in these hotels and are subject to the total number of rooms booked by the exhibitors. There will be ONE trip to SECC at either 0800hrs OR 0815hrs (The timings vary with the respective hotels) and ONE trip back to the hotels at 1715hrs. However, information stated here are subject to change. Please check with the respective hotels for the latest information regarding shuttle bus services at the point of room reservation.
• All rates quoted exclude prevailing taxes and service charges, applicable for the room types stated above only and subject to room availability at time of reservation.
